Many employers expect an employee and sometimes an applicant to give their medical information. Currently, some are trying to insist on getting clear result involving test on genome. This may act as a base for discrimination of some of the employees. However, a research on court genetic exams shows the intervention made by the equal employment opportunity commission to protect employee rights is doing something on it.

The testing comprises of many procedure that can be done either on the newborn baby or an older person. Diagnostic testing which is done on a specific genetic condition is used to detect a certain disorder based on physical mutations and symptoms posed. Through examination, a patient is able to know some of the health choice to undertake and how to manage the disease if it is present.

Court genetic exams is a DNA based test that checks for the presence of any gene disorder that might have been inherited. It involves a close examination on the sequence of the DNA. It can be done using any body tissue like the blood, saliva or skin. It is a new sophisticated process that may take duration of three to four years.

This process is advantageous in many situations such as a couple that may be ready to start a family but one of them or one of their close relative may have an inherited disease. In such cases, they usually need to have a genetic this check up to find the probability of having a healthy child who is free from the disease. There are also cases where the doctor might be suspecting the possibility of the disease.

An individual should be informed on the genetic court exams because of the many advantages that are associated with them. As means of knowing the existing disorders, it helps the patient determine risks to take for potential treatment or preventions for untreatable conditions like cancer. This vital information is useful in deciding which step is to be undertaken.

Technology has developed widely recently in many areas. As a result, many organizations are developing even homemade check kit tools and other commercial kits to buy. The justice has therefore come up with judicial restriction in which can be sold legally. In cases where testing is done in large laboratories, it has developed compensation rules that assist these organizations to refund mislead victim.

The courts have come up with a compensation rule in cases of false alarm. This is because, this may be very stressful to the victim and one may end up doing some procedures that are costly. They therefore ought to protect an individual by making follow ups on the organizations that gave the false result to compensate the victim.

In nutshell, all the results that are obtained by these examinations are not necessarily correct. Therefore, precautions must be taken to avoid compromise when need arises. Gene investigation should not be used as a tool for discrimination but as an essential element in bringing up transparency. Therefore, all patients are supposed to be informed on court genetic exams with clear guidelines.
