The Very Worst Foods Ever!

By Vanessa Summer

There are many meals out there that, even though they taste good, are very very bad for you. Sure you can easlily identify a few of these things-most fast food, for example, while super tasty to eat, provoke havoc on your internal system and add way too many calories to your fat stores. But what about the foods that appear to be a perfectly suitable thing to eat? What about the meals which you get for your kids? In this article we are going to be checking out a few of the absolute worst type of foods that you could ever feed to yourself or other people in your family.

Just about one of the worst type of items in the world, which is kind of a big surprise, is macaroni and cheese. The make-on-your-own variety that you can buy, like Annie's or Kraft, is relatively acceptable but the kind you order in a restaurant is not. The Kids Mac and Cheese supper that you purchase in California Pizza Kitchen, to utilize one example, is incredibly bad! This one food item weighs in at more than a thousand calories, in excess of sixteen hundred milligrams of sodium and nearly forty grams of saturated fat! This seriously isn't even remotely wholesome.

How many times do you purchase those frozen pot pies from your grocery store's freezer section? On the outside these look like good, healthy last minute dinners or lunches but the fact is that most of them are loaded with extra calories. Stouffer's pot pies, to use one example, hold over eleven hundred calories, sixty grams of fat and just about eighteen hundred milligrams of sodium. You could find yourself eating your entire recommended caloric intake if you are on a mission to lose weight--just by eating one of these things!

You possibly believe that a vegetarian sandwich should be among the healthiest things you can order from a fast food place, right? The real truth is that a result of dressings and other condiments that get added to them, they are often just as bad as something loaded with meat. When you order a vegetarian sandwich from Blimpies (as an example), you are purchasing nearly twelve hundred calories, sixty grams of fat and more than thirty five hundred milligrams of sodium. How on the globe can that ever be nutritious for you?

Surely a salad, of all things, ought to be healthful. That's precisely what most people think. When we are wanting something healthy and easy, we usually look for a salad to help fill us up with food that is good for us. You are likely to be stunned to find out, then, that there are some salads that are quite unhealthy. There are eighteen hundred calories in the Santa Fe chopped salad supplied by TGI Fridays. This is usually simply because that it is the size of a large dinner plate but, seriously: do you want all of your daily calorie intake to come from a single dinner salad?

The simple fact is that the vast majority of food that we acquire on the go or in restaurants is simply not going to be as good for us as the food we make ourselves. Sure preparing food at your home can be a pain or feel monotonous, but if you're watching your weight and trying to stay healthy, it is the best thing you can do for yourself!
